The film is set for a Feb. 5 release and stars Maggie Grace, Teresa Palmer and Alexandra Daddario
Benjamin Walker finds himself in a love triangle in the first trailer for the new Nicholas Sparks adaptation, The Choice.
In the trailer, Travis (Walker) and Gabby (Teresa Palmer) get caught up in a situation when Travis’ dog gets Gabby’s dog pregnant. Similar to other Sparks’ stories, the couple falls in love although they aren’t meant to.
However, there is a catch — Gabby has a boyfriend. And similar to other Sparks’ stories, something bad happens to one of the characters that will leave us tearing up and feeling heartbroken.
“Every path you take leads to another choice,” a voice-over says at the trailer concludes. “Some choices can change everything. Every moment of the rest of your lives hangs on them.”
“The Choice” is Sparks’ 12th book to have been adapted into a film. His most famous books include “A Walk to Remember,” “The Notebook,” “Dear John” and “The Lucky One.” The 11 movies prior to “The Choice” have made over $555 million at the U.S. box office. “The Choice” stars Walker, Palmer, Maggie Grace and Alexandra Daddario, and is set for a Feb. 5 release date by Lionsgate.
